Hi, I’m Adam.

I once took on a challenge that changed my life.

After my sister got sick with cancer, I felt pretty useless. So I did what a lot of people do and raised some money for charity. I wasn’t fit, but I felt like it should be something big; I took on twelve ultramarathons in seven months, and it was a hell of a ride.

It taught me that with the right impetus, we can do amazing things with our bodies, and it taught me a few lessons about my own health.

As I researched training, nutrition, recovery and more, I realised that this had to become my life, and if I wanted to help people beyond the charity, I had to teach it to others too.

Since then I’ve helped hundreds of people get fit, lose weight, rehabilitate and take on their own crazy challenges - and maybe I can help you too.

Check out my services or get in touch if you’d like to discuss what I can do for you - and thanks for visiting!

My Approach

Nobody knows you, like you do.

I want to know how long you’ve had this job, where you eat your lunch, what time your cat wakes you up in the morning, if your second kid sleeps better than the first.

I want to know how much you really want it.

…not enough to get up at 5am and go running on icy roads? That’s fine by me.

I’ve never been the shouty military fitness type; it’s my job to find the best way for you to achieve your goals, and that’s rarely through torturous training, chest-bumps or screaming ‘no pain no gain!’ at you.

Whatever your goal, it’s likely you will have to work hard to get it, but that doesn’t mean it has to be horrible. I like the term ‘work smarter and harder’.
